About me
I discovered a method called The Work by Byron Katie in 2003. After attending her School for The Work in 2013, I trained as a coach in the European association for The Work (vtw), and was certified in 2016.
In 2017, I began training as a life coach with Martha Beck, writer, wayfinder and life coach extraordinaire (ongoing).
These teachers – and several others besides – have provided me with deeply valuable insights into the inner workings of the mind and heart. They encourage an embodied, generative approach to life. Also, they make me laugh!
I was born in Bombay to an Indian mother and a Swiss father. Both countries are home to me. I studied social anthropology and media studies in the UK and have worked in arts management and promotion in Switzerland for nearly twenty years, an area in which I continue to be involved professionally on a consultancy basis.
I am deeply committed to change – individually and collectively – towards equality and social justice. I love creating and fostering connections between people. I believe that this connection begins with ourselves. Or as they say: It's an inside job!
I work in English and German.
